This cozy organic café is located right on the street that leads to Momijidani Park. The café is run by a lovely couple, and the space inside is warm, relaxing, and thoughtfully decorated. They also sell a nice selection of handmade crafts and accessories. They have a nice range of vegan options, which are pretty rare in this area! Out of their three curry rice dishes, two are vegan—one with chickpeas and the other with spinach. I had a spinach curry and it was filling and tasty. They also offer a variety of healthy enzyme and fermented drink like craft ginger syrup soda. For dessert, they have vegan-friendly ice cream, including roasted green tea (houjicha) and matcha flavors. I was also surprised to find instant vegan ramen available for sale, which you don’t often see in normal shops. They offer takeout as well, so it’s the perfect spot to grab a meal or drink while exploring Miyajima. Highly recommended for anyone looking for healthy and delicious vegan choices!

We came here looking for the soy gelato, probably the only vegan gelato on the island. We were amazed by how great it was. Taste (green tea, chocolate), texture, it was the perfect dessert. There where also some other vegan and glutenfree cookies available to buy, so really a reccomended spot for vegans. Also, the atmosphere was lovely

This little café in Miyajima was an absolute gem! Their dairy-free ice creams (made with soy) were so delicious that I actually went back two hours later for a second one—this time to enjoy it right there on the spot. The staff was incredibly kind and took the time to answer my questions with a smile. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the products. If I ever find myself in Miyajima again, I’ll go back without a second thought. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area—especially if you're looking for tasty treats/drinks!

Great little space that sells cool crafts, drinks and has a chill cafe space, run by a lovely young couple on the way to the Miyajima Ropeway Station and Momiji (Maple) Valley. Wanting to help out vegan visitors to the island they started serving ready-prepared vegan curry and rice alongside their interesting drinks menu. They also serve vegan soy gelato which is YUM!! Great place for unique souvenirs too.

Really enjoyed our meal. We had just come back from riding the cable car and were looking for somewhere peaceful and nice to eat. Sonoma hit the spot perfectly. Yummy curry with rice and a tasty ginger ale to drink. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

The most cozy and chill place around! We had the vegan curry + crafted Cola and I highly recommend this! It was both, delicious and perfect in size for a quick but wholesome lunch break after the Mountain.
